Day 34 | Florida Trail 24 miles 2/2/18
My second wettest day on trail, roughly 8 miles of old logging roads in sometimes thigh high water. I tried my best to avoid it but most the time it was just go through it!
With the every occasionally scenic view it was worth it, I have to admit walking through water is better than any road. Drying my feet was the only thing I had to deal with.
The rest of the trail to the shelter was beautiful and made it worth it again. I walked a ravine for about 2 hours watching the sun slowly fall behind the trees and seeing night come slowly and make me sleepy to no end, passing out is easier and easier the more I walk!!
